We’re excited to announce that we’re adding fresh talent to Team Telecom Consulting amid our ongoing expansion. Alex, our firm’s President, explained that we’re looking for self-starters who aren’t afraid to be hands-on as they work their way up in our organization. We seek college graduates who have marketing and business management backgrounds.

As we evaluate potential hires, we’ll focus on finding those who want to learn new things every day. We’ve made constant improvement a hallmark of our culture, so anyone who comes aboard must be ready to start learning from day one. Through hands-on training from seasoned coaches, our incoming associates are equipped for success right off the bat.

We also try to create foundations for solid work connections from a new hire’s first days on the job. Along with learning Telecom Consulting procedures from in-office mentors, we encourage our newest team members to ask lots of questions as they meet everyone for the first time. We do our best to provide answers that help those just joining our team build confidence as quickly as possible.
