• The Customers Count Most: When planning a Telecom Consulting campaign, we start by understanding the audience. Jumping into the business world quickly teaches professionals the importance of focusing on keeping customers happy.
• Be Kind but Confident: People who dedicate themselves to being kind will usually benefit in the long run. Of course, it is still important to hold your own when necessary. Be friendly and respectful of others but be confident about the values and ideas in which you believe.
• Leverage Routine: Humans do a lot without conscious thought. We follow routines every day to organize a lot of our activities. Understanding, manipulating, and harnessing those routines is a powerful way to be more productive.
